Tribute Giving
Tribute giving is a way to honor or memorialize a loved one, and Catholic Hospice has many forms of memorial gifts. Honorary gifts are a perfect and thoughtful way to recognize someone special, for example, in honor of special occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries or other occasions, or in lieu of memorial flowers. Memorial and honorary gifts help Catholic Hospice cover the costs of charity care extended to non-funded patients and our special programs. These gifts are fully tax-deductible and may be eligible for a matching contribution from your current or former employer. You can make a Tribute Gift now, using your major credit credit card on our secure site.
Prefer to donate by check?
If paying by check, please write “in memory of” or “in honor of” in the memo line and include the individual’s name. Please include a message letting us know whom to notify along with the address. The amount of the donation will not be disclosed.
Compassionate Wall of Healing
Leave a legacy that will honor your loved one now and in the future. Help us build and sustain the hospice inpatient care centers that serve our most vulnerable hospice patients at each facility. Your monthly donation supports critical funding throughout the year. By becoming a monthly donor, you can contribute any amount which allows you to show support throughout the year and give Catholic Hospice the opportunity to continue the best possible care to individuals with a life-limiting illness.
This monthly giving program automatically transfers your specified donation amount directly from your credit card or debit account to Catholic Hospice on the same day of each month.
