At Catholic Hospice, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones on their journey through a life-limiting illness and bereavement.
Our team of providers are trained and committed to provide optimal care. We take an interdisciplinary approach in order to provide total care to all patients and their loved ones. The interdisciplinary teams consist of: the patient’s physician, the hospice physician, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, grief counselors and trained volunteers. In addition, we have partnerships with trusted vendors to address transportation and medical supply needs.
Our Hospice Care Extends To Loved Ones
We understand this is a difficult time, our patients and their loved ones receive additional counseling services through our bereavement team to alleviate the psychosocial intricacies of being a patient and caring for a loved one. Our services extend to someone experiencing a life-limiting illness, caregivers, children and anyone in the community who is suffering loss, regardless of a prior connection with our services.
We provide our services with love, skill, compassion, and respect for all human dignity - regardless of race, creed or religious affiliation.
