Centro Mater Soccer Pitch Inauguration

Centro Mater’s Soccer Pitch Inauguration took place on October 21st at one of their five childcare centers. This is part of the Miami-Dade Soccer Initiative and Centro Mater was the FIRST to open out of 50 planned throughout Miami-Dade in the next three years. The U.S. Soccer Foundation (USSF) announced a $5 million gift from Citadel founder and CEO Kenneth C. Griffin to launch the Miami-Dade County Soccer Initiative.

We are so proud of Centro Mater for hosting this program and being the first in Miami-Dade.

This is a testament to Centro Mater’s commitment to the children and families they serve, and their community in general.
