There are apps that are perfect for beginners, while some might cater to the more advanced meditation crowd. Some give you the option to set the length of your session, making it perfect for those with hectic schedules who never know when they might find a spare pocket of time. There are even options for guided or silent sessions, which is perfectly flexible to meet whatever your needs are for that particular session.
And if you don’t have time to try these during the day, I have actually listened to Headspace in bed as I was getting ready to go to sleep and have a friend who does this routinely, so that is yet another option these apps can offer.
