How do I qualify for a HUD apartment?
Following the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, the main criteria for eligibility includes: 62 years of age or older except that some of our properties accept mobility impaired individuals that are below 62 years of age as well - Rents for these properties are 30% of persons adjusted gross income
What are the apartment rents?
Most HUD subsidized communities listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.

We provide the phone numbers, email address of the property managers to make it easy for you to communicate with them directly.
Is maintenance included in our rental cost?
Yes, maintenance of all units are handled by the maintenance staff at each building.
What type of Security is offered at our buildings?
All our buildings have a security guard during the evenings seven day per week.
What type of activities or amenities are offered in your building?
Every building offers different types of activities which are usually handled by the Social Services Coordinator at the properties.
Do I have to be Catholic to qualify for a Low Income Housing Facility?
No, everyone is welcome to apply regardless of religious denominations. Are Pets Allowed? Yes, one domesticated pet per household is allowed.
Do you allow smoking in your buildings?
No, all of our buildings are smoke-free.
