Low Income Elderly Housing

Catholic Housing Management currently operates fifteen HUD subsidized apartment complexes for active, independent seniors with limited financial resources in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Meticulously maintained buildings and grounds provide a lovely home where seniors can enjoy numerous activities and conveniences, including: group outings, educational programs, common rooms for club gatherings, libraries, exercise classes, and visiting vendors. Some of our communities have computer centers where residents have access to the Internet.

All apartment communities are within walking distance to a Catholic church and other places of worship and conveniently located close to shopping.

Following the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, the main criteria for eligibility includes:

• 62 years of age or older except that some of our properties accept mobility impaired individuals that are below 62 years of age as well 

Rents for these properties are 30% of persons adjusted gross income

All facilities have long waiting lists and some waiting lists are closed.  If you wish to have your name included on any of the lists, please call the Management at the facilities of your choice.
