Catholic Home Health Services is a non-profit, faith based organization. For over 25 years we have provided health care and services to people of all faiths in our community. Our purpose is your recovery and giving back to the community.
Working with our patients, families and physicians, the interdisciplinary team at Catholic Home Health Services ensures that each patient receives the care and services they need and the quality they deserve. We work with your schedule to provide care at times convenient to you.
Catholic Health Services offers the South Florida community two home health agencies: one in Miami-Dade and one in Broward County.
Each of our home health care agencies provide the medical and personal care necessary to meet the patients need for a comprehensive, affordable alternative in the continuum of healthcare services during an extended illness or following a hospital discharge.
Over the years, CHS Home Health Services' has earned recognition and awards as national best practice agencies for outstanding performance in reducing acute care hospitalization and improving outcomes in patients with diagnosis of Dyspnea (shortness of breath) under our care. CHS Home Health Services' is ranked in the top 10% of home health agencies in the country.
Patients that require medical attention and/or personal assistance following a hospital discharge can return comfortably to their own home, while still under the supervision of their own physician. Being in one's own environment can significantly promote a rapid recovery when supported by our health care professionals who focus on the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of their patients.
